About the Election

This election is the process by which owners vote for the individuals who will serve as directors on Ice Condos’ board.

What Directors Do

Directors will oversee the buildings’ direction and governance. They are elected to represent the interests of the condominium as a whole. Their role is to provide oversight, review important decisions, work with management, and help guide matters that affect owners and residents.

Good directors do not serve personal interests. They serve the building. That means approaching issues responsibly, listening carefully, asking the right questions, and working with others in a professional and constructive way.

Why This Election Matters

This year’s election is a chance to support a new positive direction for the future. It is an opportunity for owners to choose new candidates who will bring fresh energy, new perspective, and unity among all board members.

Owners deserve a board that acts professionally, communicates clearly, works respectfully, and stays focused on the building’s best interests as a whole.

When is the election?

The next election is expected to be this fall. The exact date has not yet been determined. We will update it here as soon as more details become available.

There should be 3 seats available for the election.

ICE is home to a diverse group of owners. Some live in their units, some rent them out, and some are based overseas. Naturally, owners will have different needs, priorities, and perspectives on the future of the building. We believe every owner’s voice deserves to be heard and every vote counts.
