Owners will vote to elect directors to the ICE Condominium Board. These directors help make important decisions about the building.

3. What is the difference between a vote and a proxy?

A vote is the choice you make. A proxy gives someone permission to submit that choice or vote on your behalf.

4. When will the election take place?

The AGM for 2026 will be September 28th. However you can already vote starting now.

5. Who can vote?

Only the legally registered owner of the unit can vote. Tenants and family members can not vote. Owners who have outstanding dues will also lose their voting rights.

6. What is the owner-occupied board position?

 This is a special board position voted on by eligible owners who live in their own units. 

7. Why is the registered name and email address important?

The name and email address used for voting should match the record in the condominium’s records. A different or incorrect entry will cause your vote/proxy to be disqualified. 

8. How do I confirm the owner’s legal name and email address?

Contact the management office and ask them to confirm the registered owner’s full legal name and email address. Even a small misspelling will cause your vote to be disqualified.

9. What should I do if I recently purchased my unit?

Contact management to make sure your name and email address have been updated. This helps ensure you receive the AGM notice and voting information.

10. What should I do if I do not receive the AGM notice?

Contact the management office as soon as possible. Ask them to confirm that your correct email and mailing address are on file.

The board is a group of people elected by owners to oversee the condominium. They make important decisions about finances, repairs, contracts, security and building policies.
